Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Registration is required for all events.
  • Registration and payment will only be accepted online via the links on the Tour Program page.
  • Capacity is limited and registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Registrations can only be made prior to arriving at the event.
  • Registrations at the event will not be accepted.
Registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by DKC International.

Delegates should obtain confirmation from DKC International before committing to travel arrangements.  DKC International cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email.  Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from dkcinternational.com.au and lido.com.au

Registration can be cancelled only in writing to accounts@dkcinternational.com.au and will be subject to confirmation in writing by DKC International.  Registrations cancelled on or before 30 June 2010 will be entitled to a 50% refund.  Registrations cancelled after 1 July 2010 will not be refunded.  Substitutions may be made at any time.  If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact DKC International at the earliest opportunity.  All refunds will be made after the event and within two months.
